Sam, John and I fished for lingcod at Franklin Pt today. We caught 3 dozen kingfish just outside the harbor then ran north and got to the fishing grounds at 8:30AM. Slow steady pick of 6-8 # lings all morning. Foggy all morning and only one other boat showed up to fish next to us. Got limits before noon.
