Thanks for your props, its real simple.
2+ lbs of hamburger, fry and soak up the grease.
In a big pot, melt a stick of beef chorizo and add the hamburger. Stir.
Add about 1/2 small jar of salsa and stewed or fresh tomatoes.
Use 6 cans of various beans and 1 can of hominy. Drain the cans into the chorizo/burger/salsa/tomato mix and simmer for a while(I think its important to use the bean juice). I usually add leftovers from BBQ(ribs, tritip, steak) and whatever is still good in the ref and simmer. Stir periodically. Add the beans and hominy when you're ready and simmer for ah 1 hour. Season to taste and experiment.
