This is my favorite Tuna recipe!!
1. Smash some peanuts and add sesame seeds (about 50/50) and mix in a bowl.
2. Get another bowl of some Dijon Mustard. I also add a teaspoon of sesame oil to this.
3. Coat an Ahi steak (about an inch thick with the Dijon mustard and dip into the peanut sesame mix.
4. Sear to liking.
5. Drizzle a mayo wasabe ( or Tabasco) with Shoyu sauce. Enjoy it!!!
